Resp Therapist RRT Days Part Time-01417-4057 Primary Location: United States-Georgia-Augusta Job: Therapy & Rehabilitation Schedule: Part-time Position Summary: Administers therapeutic and diagnostic modalities to patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies. Responds to Code Blue and MRT emergencies and maintain airway, breathing and life support under the supervision of a physician or a direct written order. Respiratory Therapy: Population Served Core competencies will be assessed primarily on the following patient population(s) served: Pulmonary conditions including but not limited to: COPD, CHF, PE, asthma, and all other constrictive and restrictive pulmonary disorders. Minimum Requirements: Education: - Graduate of an accredited program of Respiratory Therapy. - AS or BS degree required. Licensure/Certifications: - Respiratory Care Practitioner--s License from the Composite State Board of Georgia. - Must be Registered by the NBRC. - BLS certification required upon hire. ACLS, NRP, and PALS preferred. Experience: Three years critical care experience preferred
